Empty sterilized "Belle Grosier" size Helix Aspersa snail shells. High quality shells ready for filling with our snail fillets and create something special for your guests or your loved ones.

Instructions for use:

Place the fillets of the Escargot de Crete jars inside the shells. This way you can heat them slightly and bring out their aromas.

If you want to create your own taste then it is better to use the snail fillets in the sage. If you want, rinse them lightly and place them inside the shells. Fill on top with the sauce of your choice and bake in a preheated oven.
