Dr. Kiagias is the man behind an extraordinary New Food - One that is about to set the world on fire with excitement for it's potential in the area of global gastronomy. After years of research with a degree in physics and Ph.D in medicine Dr K. has created a culinary first with his products Escargot de Crete. From the Helix Aspersa he has with organic and biodynamic farming methods created "the Blond" a fillet which has premium quality and is a highly healthy nutritional food. The taste and the impact is a cross between a lobster and a truffle truly gourmet.
Four varieties are available all within extra virgin olive oil and the best of natural flavouring with herbs; garlic and lemon are offered for the first time in a ready to serve recipe. TBEX writers, bloggers and visitors are invited to enter a special competition to create a NEW RECIPE for the range. The prize will be trip to Crete to the Escargot de Crete farm and then to attend a special T.V. event with the winning recipe being prepared/cooked by the Celebrity chef Giorgos Palisidis.
